Yoga Nidra

Come on over and get comfortable for 45 minutes of relief from stress, strain, emotions and all your doings to rest easy in the brilliance of being.
Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation intending to provide awareness and release through the many layers of our being.
No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
There is no fee for this class. Contributions are welcome and appreciated to benefit our low and no cost yoga program to make classes accessible and to be sure no one is turned away at our door.

Join us for wholesome, enriching fun as an audience member or participant on the theme of "Near Miss".
Dew Yoga will be transformed into an Open Mic theater for the night. Presenters sharing short acts of acoustic music or story telling. Yoga style floor seating of cushions and blankets will be plentiful. Chair seating prioritized for accessibility. Bring your family, friends, kids, boss, neighbors.
Refreshments will be available for purchase a portion of proceeds to benefit the non-profit of the evening.
Suggested donations $20/per audience member.
Contributions of any amount will benefit Domestic Violence Crisis Center, a Stamford based non-profit whose mission is to prevent and eliminate domestic violence by educating our communities and supporting individuals in building safer lives
Audience RSVP's are appreciated.
Participants* are invited to perform 6 minute acts of acoustic music or story telling on the theme of "Near Miss" .
We invite stories that are true and generally wholesome for an all ages audience with an emphasis on authentic.

Djembe Drum Circle and Class
with Matthew Broad
Sundays, 4-5pm
June 28 - July 26, 2026
Drumming is fun, feels good and is easier than you think. In these classes, Matthew Broad teaches Djembe hand positions, simple rhythms that sound amazing together and helps you to experience the connection between drumming rhythm and every day life.
The definition of Djembe is “everyone gather together in peace”. Djembe drum circles can feel meditative and peaceful and nurture a sense of friendship and community.
At the end of this 5 session class series, you will know how to play different Djembe rhythms that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Dropping in on one or more classes is welcome or sign up for all the classes and save.
Drums are provided. No experience is necessary although experienced drummers may join to practice and immerse in the beats. Lessons will progress and build one session upon the next.
$35/class or
$140 for all 5 session pre paid.

Community Class Yoga & Reiki (donation based)

Saralexi and Kleidy will be joined this month with a sound healing practitioner. Darío Herrera is a devoted musician, vocalist, and facilitator whose work invites others into a space of presence, connection, and inner harmony.
Originally from Argentina, he brings a deep appreciation for the beauty of life, human connection, and the transformative power of sound. Through music, voice, and intentional presence, Darío creates experiences that inspire relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with the heart.
His approach is rooted in the belief that all life is interconnected and that healing unfolds naturally when we create space to listen, feel, and simply be.
This special offering is PWYC (pay what you can) and NOTAFLOF (no one turned away for lack of funds). Suggested donation is $15, any amount appreciated and will be donated to a local non-profit. Please register in advance.
