Winter Sound Bath with NTHNL
Saturday, January 24, 4:00-5:30pm
The Harmonic Mindfulness Soundbath is a 75-minute deep listening and meditation experience designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner healing. For this Soundbath, we will ground into the stillness and quietude that the winter offers us while cultivating the inner warmth that keeps us inspired.
The session begins with a grounding meditation that invites awareness of the sounds around and within, followed by a brief reading from a sacred text. From there, participants are gently guided into a rich soundscape composed of NTHNL’s original field recordings and electronically generated binaural beats; crafted to quiet the mind and facilitate inner expansion and journeying. The sounds will be those of the hearth, of the warm cozy spaces we return to after venturing out into the cold.
Over this ambient foundation, NTHNL performs live on a variety of wind instruments, weaving a soothing, immersive musical journey. The experience is a carefully choreographed healing composition that flows effortlessly through distinct sonic spaces, supporting introspection, presence, and deep inner transformation.

A gentle yoga practice
Guided meditation to relax and center ourselves
Explore a 3-card tarot spread
Journaling, intended to help us trust our inner wisdom.
No tarot or yoga experience is needed.
